Welcome at the Department of Print and Media Technology
The department offers the degree Bachelor of Engineering of Print and Media Technology. The study program consists of seven semesters. Six out of them are theoretical semesters and one is a practical semester. The practical semester is the fifth and comprises 22 Weeks. In the last semester as conclusion of the study, a Bachelors Thesis shall be prepared. A new Bachelor Study begins in each winter semester.
All courses last one semester and conclude with an examination at the end of the semester. Mandatory courses are offered only once in each academic year, i.e. either in winter semester (October 1 till February 15) or in the summer semester (March 15 till July 31). In each semester a selection of elective courses will be offered. All courses are in German language.
